Wholesale Credit Risk Intermediate Analyst - Commodities Officer

As a Senior Analyst in Institutional Credit Management at Citi, you will be responsible for assessing the credit and financial strength of Citi's Large Corporate Clients through fundamental credit analysis. Your role will involve producing Annual Reviews, Quarterly Reviews, and supporting Ad-Hoc Transactions, Portfolio & Industry Reviews, and Stress Testing for a portfolio of Western Europe Corporate Relationships. You will report directly to the ICM - Commodities Credit Risk Team Lead and work closely with various stakeholders in implementing credit assessment and monitoring standards. Key Responsibilities: - Perform fundamental credit analysis of counterparties using quantitative and qualitative factors - Complete Credit Analysis Write-up Memos and Final Obligor Risk Ratings based on independent assessment and judgment - Continuously monitor the covered portfolio, follow industry trends, and escalate potential credit issues - Partner with regional and industry stakeholders in Banking and Independent Risk - Support ICM Risk Analysis Voice of the Employee (VOE) initiatives - Travel occasionally (less than 10%) Qualifications: - 3-6 years of credit experience in Banking, Credit Risk Management, or equivalent credit experience - Knowledge of Wholesale Credit Processes, organizational awareness, and Citis systems - Intermediate analytical skills and understanding of key financial components - Experience in preparing presentations for seniors - Awareness and adherence to the control environment - Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships - Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure - Written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Education: - BCOM/CA or higher degree in Business (MBA) or related subject This job description provides an overview of your responsibilities as a Senior Analyst in Institutional Credit Management at Citi.
