Key Responsibilities: ✅ WhatsApp Marketing – Share product creatives, offers & build client interest ✅ Client Communication – Follow up with expo and B2B clients via WhatsApp ✅ Order Handling – End-to-end order processing, from confirmation to dispatch ✅ Order Management – Track orders, update records, ensure on-time delivery ✅ Operations Support – Coordinate internally and with vendors/logistics ✅ Client Retention – Build long-term relationships and ensure repeat business ✅ Grievance Handling – Manage client complaints smoothly and professionally ✅ Data Work – Maintain records in MS Excel and WhatsApp logs ✅ Follow-Ups – Regular check-ins with existing and potential clients 👤  Who We’re Looking For: 🔸 Dynamic personality – Takes initiative, not instructions 🔸 Tech-savvy – Comfortable using ChatGPT, Google search, WhatsApp tools, and Excel 🔸 Sharp communicator – Especially in WhatsApp-based conversations 🔸 Organized & Reliable – Can manage 10 things without missing any 🔸 Problem-solver – Doesn’t say “nahi aata,” figures it out 🔸 Willing to grow, learn, and work with ownership mindset Probation Policy: You’ll be on a 1-month probation at ₹19,000.
