Job Description

We are seeking an experienced WhatsApp Business Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role will primarily focus on providing technical support to users with Fast2SMS-related queries, specifically around the integration of WhatsApp Business API, Meta Manager, and onboarding for API access.

As a member of our support team, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting users with the implementation of WhatsApp Business API features. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding for new customers, providing timely assistance, and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support for WhatsApp Business-related queries, including Meta Manager setup, WhatsApp onboarding API, and Fast2SMS integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the WhatsApp Business API and other integration tools.
  • Assist users in configuring and accessing WhatsApp API features and onboarding processes.
  • Respond to support tickets via email, chat, or phone and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features, updates, and changes to WhatsApp Business, Fast2SMS, and Meta Manager platforms.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in technical support or customer support, with a focus on WhatsApp Business API, Meta Manager, or similar communication platforms.
  • Familiarity with Fast2SMS and integration with WhatsApp Business API.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Meta Manager or other Meta Business Suite tools.
  • Knowledge of APIs and webhooks, with the ability to assist users in understanding and integrating APIs.
  • Experience in a technical support role in the messaging or communication industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
