Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily dairy production and supply chain activities

• Lead a team of workers across farm, lab, packaging, and delivery units

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality control standards are maintained

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams

• Implement cost-effective and efficient operational strategies

• Handle compliance, documentation, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in dairy or food processing industry

• Proven team leadership and people management skills

• Knowledge of FSSAI, hygiene, and quality protocols

• Strong communication and organizational ability

• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, Agri Business, or related field preferred
