The Role

Telecaller


Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling:

    Proactively call property owners from databases and leads to introduce FlovaHomes' services.
  • Lead Qualification:

    Engage with owners to understand their current rental challenges and determine if they are a good fit for our services.
  • Pitching the Solution:

    Clearly and concisely explain the benefits of our "Total Care" and "Tenant Match" plans, focusing on how we solve their specific pain points.
  • Appointment Setting:

    Schedule property verification visits and meetings between qualified property owners and our Sales Executives.
  • Database Management:

    Meticulously record all call details, client information, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
  • Follow-up:

    Conduct timely follow-up calls with potential leads to nurture the relationship and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Achieve Targets:

    Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and qualified appointments set.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience:

    6 months to 2+ years of experience in a telecalling, telesales, or inside sales role. Experience in the real estate or PropTech industry is a strong advantage.
  • Communication:

    Exceptional verbal communication skills in both

    English and Hindi

    are mandatory. Must have a clear, confident, and professional telephone voice.
  • Persuasion:

    A natural ability to be persuasive and handle objections gracefully.
  • Resilience:

    Must be resilient and not easily discouraged by rejection.
  • Tech-Savvy:

    Proficient with basic computer skills and comfortable using CRM software to manage leads.
  • Attitude:

    A positive, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset.
