The Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our growing team. As the first voice of FlovaHomes, you will play a critical role in our customer acquisition process. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to property owners, introducing them to our unique service offerings, and generating qualified leads for our on-ground sales team. Your primary goal is to build initial rapport, understand the owner's needs, and schedule appointments. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Proactively call property owners from databases and leads to introduce FlovaHomes' services. Lead Qualification: Engage with owners to understand their current rental challenges and determine if they are a good fit for our services. Pitching the Solution: Clearly and concisely explain the benefits of our "Total Care" and "Tenant Match" plans, focusing on how we solve their specific pain points. Appointment Setting: Schedule property verification visits and meetings between qualified property owners and our Sales Executives. Database Management: Meticulously record all call details, client information, and follow-up actions in our CRM system. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls with potential leads to nurture the relationship and move them through the sales funnel. Achieve Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and qualified appointments set. Qualifications and Skills Experience: 6 months to 2+ years of experience in a telecalling, telesales, or inside sales role. Experience in the real estate or PropTech industry is a strong advantage. Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory. Must have a clear, confident, and professional telephone voice. Persuasion: A natural ability to be persuasive and handle objections gracefully. Resilience: Must be resilient and not easily discouraged by rejection. This is a full-time role for someone who is ready to put in the hard work of reaching out to property owners, explaining our services, and convincing them to list their properties with us. You will be directly responsible for driving property acquisition and building strong owner relationships. Over time, as FlovaHomes grows, this role offers the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and contribute to building the sales team. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls and meet property owners to pitch FlovaHomes’ services. Convert leads into clients by clearly explaining our value proposition.
