• Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns
• Edit short-form videos and reels with hooks that capture attention in the first 3 seconds
• Build strong brand identities and visual stories
• Manage multiple brands at once without compromising quality
• Collaborate closely with social media managers, content teams, and performance marketers

What you must already know

Minimum 2–3 years of experience working in a marketing agency handling multiple clients is a must

• Full Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, XD

• CapCut & Canva for fast and polished turnarounds

• Strong sense of

  typography, layouts, and visual storytelling

• How to design for campaigns, not just posts—your work should serve growth goals
• Agency life: tight deadlines, multiple revisions, high standards, and quick execution
• Knowledge of

  3D and Blender

  is a plus, but not mandatory

What we expect from you

• Immediate joining only.

  If you have a notice period, this role isn’t for you.
• You must be able to work independently. No hand-holding, no waiting for directions—you know how to handle accounts because you’ve done this before.
• You should bring ideas, not just designs. Creativity is strategy here.
• You must treat every brand you work on as your own, not as just another “task.”

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on your skill and experience).
