Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Erode. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing sustainable farming operations, coordinating food and beverage projects, contributing to publishing initiatives, and participating in arts and culture programs. Additional tasks may include supporting technology and wellness projects as part of a diverse team committed to community empowerment and innovation.

Qualifications

• Passion for community empowerment and innovation
• Care for cows, buffaloes, and farm animals 🐄
• Assist in crop cultivation and farm maintenance 🌱
• Ensure cleanliness and proper feeding routines
• Support day-to-day farm operations
• Experience in sustainable farming and agricultural management
• Skills in food and beverage management and operations
• Familiarity with publishing processes and editorial work
• Engagement in arts and culture initiatives
• Technical proficiency in relevant technologies
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
