Job Description

Sub Contracs Management

Project Delivery: Ensure completion of contracts/projects within the estimated cost and timeline, including initiating amendments or revisions during execution.
Client & Consultant Coordination: Participate in techno-commercial discussions and progress meetings with clients and consultants to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Project Monitoring: Oversee and control major project activities related to client orders to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Vendor & Supplier Management

Select and finalize technology suppliers and engineering consultants.
Identify and order Bought Out Components (BOC) from suitable suppliers.
Conduct techno-commercial negotiations and finalize contracts for raw materials, labor sub-vendors and site erection packages.

Execution Oversight: Direct and coordinate resources to ensure timely execution of all project components and packages.
Resource Optimization: Ensure effective utilization of assets and resources to maximize value addition to the project.
