Role Description

We are seeking Front Office Associates for a full-time, on-site role at Cygnett Inn Sea View located in Digha. Key responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests at check-in and check-out, managing reservations and room assignments, handling guest inquiries and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

  • We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, and well-presented Front Office Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for every guest.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest requests efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about the hotel and services.
  • Maintain guest records and process payments securely.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures, and grooming standards.
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous front office or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel PMS systems (training will be provided).
  • Customer-oriented, courteous, and well-groomed.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
