Identifying and resolving customer issues, whether technical, product-related, or order-related. Assisting customers with product knowledge and features. Guiding customers through processes, such as order placement, account management, or troubleshooting. Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive issues to appropriate teams. Communicating in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Effectively using chat platforms to manage conversations, track interactions, and access relevant information. Recording relevant information about customer interactions and issues.
