Job Description

Roles & Specifications

Role: Mortgage Analyst / Sr Analyst - Walk-in drive- 23 Nov 25- Sunday-Mumbai

Knowledge/Experience:

Reviews forms, disclosures, and other documents to validate information and ensure compliance with applicable
laws and regulations
Tracks compliance questions and requirements
Closely work with underwriters for Various denial reasons and Denial codes
Communicates with loan officers/area managers/team members to provide direction and guidance on applicable
regulations.
Knowledge of two federal laws the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), as implemented by Regulation B,
and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
Disclosure requirements under the FCRA mandated by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer
Protection Act (Dodd-Frank Act)
Take action on the application and notify the applicant according to Regulation Bs standard notice requirements
Validates the denial codes are Accuracy of the codes
Knowledge of underwriting policies and guidelines.
