Job Description

Responsible for the well-being of employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Support: Providing support to employees on personal, domestic, or work-related issues. This may include counseling, mediation, and connecting employees with appropriate resources.
Welfare Programs: Developing and implementing welfare programs, such as health and safety initiatives, recreational activities, and training programs.
Compliance: Ensuring the workplace adheres to labor laws and company policies regarding worker welfare. This includes monitoring and addressing issues related to health, safety, and working conditions.
Communication: Facilitating communication between employees and management, addressing grievances, and ensuring that employee concerns are heard and addressed.
Liaison: Acting as a liaison between employees, management, and external agencies, such as labor unions or government bodies.
Record Keeping: Maintaining records of welfare activities, such as grievance handling, maternity benefits, and training programs.
Promoting Positive Relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships between employees and management, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Advocacy:Representing and advocating for the well-being of employees, particularly in matters related to workplace safety and fair treatment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
