Core Duties and Responsibilities ➢ Build meaningful connection between operators and supervisors / managers that foster long term co- operation and performance. ➢ Blend new ideas with existing practices and seamlessly push the people agenda further. ➢ Guide supervisors on the concerns of operators and coach supervisors to be better versions of themselves when dealing with employee concerns. ➢ Build awareness on the non-financial benefits / subsidies available to employees at the workplace so they understand total rewards holistically. ➢ Champion health and wellness initiatives, vaccination programs, health centre usage amongst employees. ➢ Build reason and fairness into policies and every day practices including any SOP’s that get formed at the workplace. Lookout and prevent cases of sexual abuse, behavioural aberrations through observation, intelligence gathering etc., ➢ Infrastructure availability and hygiene monitoring in dormitory, occupational health centre, wash rooms, dining areas and child care facilities. ➢ Counsel employees who are home sick or need assistance for a life situation, ensure documentation of the same and monitor improvements. ➢ Effective documentation of welfare management including building, managing of feedback loops through managing committees and councils.
