Role & responsibilities Implement and monitor statutory welfare amenities (canteen, rest rooms, medical facilities, etc.). Maintain up-to-date records as per legal requirements and ensure timely submission of reports to government authorities. Liaise with labor inspectors, factory inspectors, ESIC, PF, and other statutory bodies. Identify welfare needs through surveys, feedback, and direct interaction with workers. Act as a bridge between employees and management on welfare-related matters. Address grievances of workers regarding facilities, hygiene, safety, and personal issues. Provide counseling support and escalate concerns to HR or management where required. Educate employees on company policies, rules, benefits, and welfare schemes. Conduct awareness programs on health, hygiene, safety, womens welfare, and social issues. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in Social Work (MSW) or Sociology / Psychology from a recognized institution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathetic and approachable personality. Conflict resolution and counseling ability. Coordination with external agencies and government departments. Documentation and reporting skills.
