As an NC3 Certified Welding Trainer at ISIEINDIA, your role will involve delivering cutting-edge training in Advanced Welding & Robotics to students, trainees, and professionals. You will be responsible for: - Conducting classroom and hands-on training in Advanced Welding and Robotics. - Delivering sessions on various welding processes. - Training and mentoring learners for international certification standards (NC3). - Developing and updating training modules, lesson plans, and technical content in line with industry practices. - Supervising practical workshops to ensure safe usage of welding equipment, machines, and robotic systems. - Ensuring compliance with international safety standards and best practices in welding labs and training centers. - Conducting assessments and evaluations, tracking trainee performance, and preparing reports. - Collaborating with the Business Development & Partnership Cell to align training with industry demands and placement opportunities. - Guiding trainees in career readiness, industry certification, and skill development. - Staying updated with the latest trends in welding automation, robotics, and inspection technologies to continuously improve training quality. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma/Degree in Engineering. - NC3 (National Coalition of Certification Centers) Certification or equivalent international recognition. - Strong understanding of welding automation, robotics, and industrial applications. - Strong presentation and mentoring skills.
