What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead daily operations of our welding training & testing centre

✅ Oversee hands-on training sessions & welder qualification tests

✅ Work closely with clients for testing & certification requirements

✅ Maintain top safety & quality standards (ASME, AWS, ISO)

✅ Manage staff, schedules & equipment maintenance

✅ Ensure smooth audits & compliance documentation

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Welding Technology (preferred)

🛠 5–7 years’ experience in welding training, testing, or certification

📜 Strong knowledge of welding codes & standards

💡 Leadership, organisation & people management skills

⭐ Experience running a training/testing facility is a plus
