Job Description

ob Responsibilities:

Perform welding and fitting work for solar module mounting structures and supports.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication layouts.
Operate welding machines, gas cutters, and grinders safely.
Fit and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure workplace safety compliance.
Work closely with site engineers and supervisors for installation alignment.
Assist in module structure installation for both rooftop and ground-mount solar projects.

✅ Skills Required:

Proficient in ARC / MIG welding techniques.
Good understanding of MS structure fabrication.
Ability to handle on-site welding and fitting independently.
Knowledge of safety practices and PPE usage.
Team player with punctuality and dedication to work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
