Welder/Fitter

• Perform

  welding and fitting work

  as per technical drawings and specifications.
• Operate and maintain

  Tube Mill machinery

  efficiently.
• Handle

  HRS (Hot Rolled Steel)

  and

  CRS (Cold Rolled Steel)

  materials during production.
• Operate

  pipe cutting machines

  , ensuring accurate cutting and optimum productivity.
• Conduct

  routine maintenance

  on welding equipment and production machines.
• Inspect finished products to ensure

  quality standards

  are met.
• Identify and report mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
• Follow all

  safety protocols

  and maintain a clean working environment.
• Support production team in daily operations and meet production targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with

  Tube Mill, HRS, CRS, and Pipe Cutting machines

  (mandatory).
• Knowledge of

  MIG / TIG / Arc welding

  techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret

  engineering drawings

  .
• Good understanding of

  mechanical tools and measuring instruments

  (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Education:

• ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fitting, Mechanical, or relevant field.
