Key ResponsibilitiesPerform basic welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques Prepare metal components by cleaning, cutting, and fitting them to specifications Assist in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Operate hand tools and power tools safely Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper setup Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear Support senior welders in complex welding projects Help maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Vocational training or certification in welding (preferred) Basic understanding of welding safety practices Familiarity with welding tools and equipment
