Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hard Core Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of various welding techniques and materials, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and perform high-quality welds under minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG, TIG, ARC, and Gas Welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Set up and operate welding machines and tools efficiently. Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with quality standards. Conduct repair and maintenance welding work as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience (minimum 2–3 years) as a welder in an industrial or fabrication setting. Sound knowledge of different welding methods — MIG, TIG, ARC, and Gas. Ability to weld in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead). Familiarity with cutting, grinding, and finishing tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and quality. Certification in welding (ITI or equivalent) preferred.
