Qualifications And Skills
- Cold Calling (Mandatory skill) Experience in reaching prospective clients through direct calling, introducing services effectively, and identifying business opportunities.
- Lead Generation (Mandatory skill) Proven ability to generate and qualify leads from multiple channels, nurturing them through the sales process for successful conversions.
- CRM (Mandatory skill) Skilled in using Customer Relationship Management software for tracking client interactions, monitoring leads, and managing the sales pipeline.
- Event Coordination Familiar with managing event logistics and timelines to support photographers and deliver seamless experiences for wedding clients from consultation to event execution.
- Client Consultation Strong skills in understanding client needs, conducting in-depth consultations, and presenting tailored service options to build lasting relationships.
- Negotiation Capable of negotiating pricing, packages, and terms with clients, resolving objections, and closing deals that satisfy both parties.
- Photography Knowledge Understanding of wedding photography workflows, key deliverables, and the unique requirements of various events to confidently communicate value to clients.
- Excellent communication Able to convey information clearly and professionally to clients and team members, ensuring transparency and trust at each stage of the sales process.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target, and contact leads interested in wedding photography services using cold calling and other lead generation methods.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, calls, meetings, and follow-ups using CRM tools to optimize the sales cycle.
- Conduct thorough consultations with prospective couples to understand their expectations, present packages, and explain Huemns unique studio management offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure photographer availability, event logistics, and smooth execution of client bookings and projects.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the customer and the company.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to drive referrals and repeat business for wedding photography services.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in wedding photography sales to continually enhance sales strategies.
- Contribute to sales targets by achieving or exceeding individual and team KPIs, supporting the continual growth of Huemns photography business.
