As a Website Product Webmaster at Gamma Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital presence and ensuring a seamless user experience across devices. Your responsibilities will include leading the design and management of our WordPress website, integrating with marketing automation and CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot, and upholding global security and privacy standards. You will be tasked with creating responsive and accessible websites optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Additionally, you will develop secure online community portals, integrate the website with Salesforce and marketing automation tools, and implement localization features for multi-language content and global accessibility. Compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations, as well as maintaining top-notch security protocols and WordPress best practices, will be crucial aspects of your role. Collaboration with the marketing team to enhance SEO, UX, and conversion performance, tracking website analytics, and implementing data-driven improvements will also be part of your responsibilities. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering and possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing WordPress-based websites. Strong expertise in integrating with Salesforce and marketing automation tools, as well as knowledge of web security best practices, GDPR compliance, and localization strategies, will be essential. Preferred skills include familiarity with WordPress, Salesforce, accessibility standards like WCAG 2.1, and optimization tools such as CDNs. A background in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments is advantageous.
