Website Operations Manager

As a Website Operations Manager, data accuracy is not optional — it’s everything. You’ll be the guardian of truth for all vehicle-related information on our platform.

From specs and variants to prices and features, you’ll ensure every detail is correct, current, and cleanly published, helping users make confident mobility decisions.

You’ll work closely with content, editorial, and ops interns to keep the website running like a well-tuned engine.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day website operations with a strong focus on data accuracy.

- Ensure all vehicle listings (cars, bikes, EVs) have up-to-date specs, prices, variants, images, and features.

- Regularly audit website data to identify and fix errors, gaps, or outdated information.

- Coordinate with content writers and editors to receive updated information and ensure timely publishing.

- Guide and supervise ops interns and team members for data entry and updates.

- Ensure all content is posted with sanity checks — factual, consistent, and platform-ready.

- Maintain sync between backend data, frontend display, and editorial updates.

- Track manufacturer updates, launches, facelifts, and discontinuations.

- Follow SOPs for data uploads and help improve processes wherever possible

Skills & Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in website operations, content operations, or data management (media/auto preferred)

- Strong attention to detail — you spot a wrong variant price from a mile away

- Basic understanding of automobile specs, variants, and industry terminology

- Experience working with CMS/backend panels

- Ability to manage multiple updates daily without losing accuracy

- Good coordination skills to work with content, ops, and editorial teams

- Comfortable managing interns/junior team members

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
