Job Title: Website Developer cum SEO Location: Hebbal Outer Ring Rd , Bangalore Job Type: Work from Office Only No of days working : 5 days in a week ( Mon to Fri ) About the Role : We are looking for a skilled Website Developer with SEO expertise to join our marketing team. This role requires someone with strong WordPress development and HubSpot experience and hands-on knowledge of on-page and technical SEO. You will help us optimize our web properties for performance, visibility, and user engagement contributing directly to business growth. Qualifications & Skillsets: Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field. Years of experience 5 to 6 years Proven experience in HubSpot CMS, WordPress and SEO (minimum 3 years). Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL. Solid understanding of website architecture, UI/UX implementation, and security. Advanced knowledge of SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc. Experience with Core Web Vitals optimization and schema markup. Proficient in code versioning tools (Git) and debugging (Chrome Inspector, Firebug). Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail Roles & Responsibilities : HubSpot & WordPress Website Development - Develop and maintain responsive websites, themes, and plugins. Ensure website security, uptime, mobile responsiveness, and scalability. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers for seamless visual execution. Regularly test and update website components, plugins, and integrations. SEO Strategy & Execution Conduct comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits. Implement SEO best practices: keyword research, meta tags, schema, internal linking, etc. Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, site speed, crawlability, and indexing. Create and maintain SEO performance reports and KPIs for leadership. Work closely with content and marketing teams to optimize landing pages and blogs. Implement and manage tools like Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and analytics integrations. Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
