Job Title: Full Stack Web Developer (Voice) – With Accommodation Employment Type: Full-Time Fixed Salary: Rs.13,000 – Rs.15,000 per month + Incentives (up to Rs.15,000 per month extra based on performance) Qualification & SkillsAny Graduate or Postgraduate. Strong hands-on experience with Hostinger server setup, deployment, and execution. Proven expertise in front-end and back-end web development. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and popular frameworks. Experience with cPanel, WordPress, or custom hosting environments preferred. Excellent verbal communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English (additional regional languages will be an added advantage). Good understanding of digital marketing concepts is desirable. Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and manage web applications and websites for clients and franchisees. Handle end-to-end website development — from concept planning to deployment on Hostinger or similar servers. Coordinate with the core team and franchise partners to implement digital marketing and website development strategies. Generate and manage website development leads from different locations across India. Maintain website functionality, troubleshoot server issues, and ensure best performance. Support the business in expanding new franchisee operations under the “Website Development cum Digital Marketing” program.
