Role Description

This is a full-time remote Website Developer role. The Website Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and responsive websites to support the agency’s online presence. Daily responsibilities include creating and implementing front-end and back-end website functionalities, troubleshooting issues, optimizing website performance, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Collaboration with key stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines is a critical aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, with experience in server-side programming languages such as PHP, Python, Ruby, or Node.js.
• Demonstrated experience in Web Development and Web Design, ensuring responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Knowledge and practical skills in Programming to develop and implement innovative web-based solutions.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaboration tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in UI/UX best practices and an understanding of cross-browser compatibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or equivalent professional experience.
