Key Responsibilities

Website & Communications Management

Lead website strategy and communications for US and USI.
Use GenAI and LLMs to enhance content personalization and engagement.
Manage content updates, vendor coordination, and internal team workflows.
Ensure consistent design and user experience.
Collaborate globally for issue tracking and resolution.
Partner with marketing to execute campaigns.

Analytics & Dashboard Management

Monitor performance using tools like Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau.
Build dashboards and reports to track metrics and trends.
Clean and integrate data from multiple sources.
Analyze data to optimize performance and provide insights.
Document processes and train users.
Manage SharePoint sites for content and performance.
Apply GenAI for automation and personalization.
Explore AI-powered enhancements for user experience.

Strategic Projects

Plan and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Align goals across departments and track progress.

Project Coordination

Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
Facilitate communication and maintain documentation.
Research and integrate learning technologies.
Ensure quality standards and stakeholder approvals.
Report on outcomes and collaborate across teams.
Suggest improvements based on best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in any discipline.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with GenAI, LLMs, and ML in website enhancement.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
SharePoint site management experience.
Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI integration.
