1. Build and ship high-quality landing pages using Webflow (responsive, SEO-friendly, clean class structure).
2. Set up components, templates, and CMS structures that our designer can reuse.
3. Coach/mentor our designer: help them bridge the gap between Figma/Framer and Webflow (best practices, live reviews, async guidance).
4. Provide feedback on design-to-Webflow workflows, helping us improve speed and quality.
(If things go well, this can convert into a longer-term engagement)
- Strong portfolio of Webflow projects (landing pages, CMS, responsive builds).
- Comfortable with class naming conventions, animations, SEO basics.
- Patient and clear in explaining concepts (teaching ability is as important as technical skills).
- Reliable, proactive, and communicative.
- A bunch of craft-obsessed folks!
