Job Title: WebChat Account Manager
Location: Work from Office – Aminjikarai, Chennai (Near Shoban Babu Statue)

Shifts: Rotational (Day & Night, aligned to Australian time zones)
Week Offs: Rotational (2 days/week)
Job Summary:
We are hiring proactive and customer-focused professionals to join our WebChat support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers via live chat, resolving queries, generating leads, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Ideal for freshers or candidates with prior customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming customer chats and queries
Maintain accurate records and update internal databases
Provide timely and professional support across all chats
Generate potential leads and report customer issues to management
Meet performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, etc.)
Maintain a collaborative and positive team environment
Requirements:
Excellent written English communication skills
Strong typing speed and MS Excel proficiency
Open to freshers and non-IT graduates
Flexible for rotational shifts, weekends, and Australian time zones
Immediate joiners preferred
Based in Chennai
