Web User Interface Developer

As a Graphic Designer for Enterprise Web Applications, you will play a crucial role in our team by utilizing your creativity and attention to detail. You will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for international projects, ensuring they align with both our brand identity and client requirements. Your key responsibilities will include designing UI components, dashboards, and various visual assets specifically tailored for enterprise web applications. Collaboration with UX designers and developers is essential to create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. Your work on international projects will also involve incorporating cultural and regional design considerations into your graphics, illustrations, icons, and layouts for digital platforms and presentations. Maintaining brand consistency across all design outputs is a key priority, along with effectively communicating your design ideas and iterating based on feedback from global stakeholders. Your collaboration with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams will be critical in meeting project goals and deadlines successfully. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an enterprise SaaS or B2B web application environment. A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in web application design and branding for international clients is required. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is essential, along with an understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards. Your visual storytelling and UI/UX skills, coupled with attention to detail, will be highly valued. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary as you will collaborate with global teams. The ability to work in a hybrid setup in Pune is a must for this position. Preferred qualifications include experience working in agile or lean environments, knowledge of front-end frameworks, or familiarity with basic HTML/CSS. Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms is advantageous.
