About the Role:

We are looking for a part-time Web Scraping Specialist to help us collect, clean, and organize data from various websites and online sources. This role is ideal for someone with strong programming skills and prior experience in building automated data extraction solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain web scraping scripts using Python (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Requests).

2. Extract and process data from websites, APIs, and dynamic content.

3.Store structured data in databases (SQL/NoSQL).

4. Troubleshoot and optimize scraping scripts for accuracy and efficiency.

5. Ensure compliance with website policies and data usage guidelines.

Required Skills:

1. Proficiency in Python and web scraping libraries (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium).

2. Experience in handling structured/unstructured data and working with APIs.

3. Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL).

4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

5. Familiarity with task scheduling (Cron jobs, Airflow).

6. Previous experience in lead generation, market research, or e-commerce data projects.

7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT OR equivalent practical experience.
