Web & Intranet Developer

As a talented and detail-oriented Web & Intranet Developer, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining internal digital platforms for the company. You should have strong technical skills in both front-end and back-end development, along with experience in content management systems and enterprise intranet platforms. It is essential to have a solid understanding of internal workflows and security compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Web Development: - Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. - Ensure compatibility across browsers and devices. - Backend Development: - Build and maintain server-side logic using C#, PHP, Python, or Node.js. - Design and manage databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or other relational databases. - Content Management Systems: - Develop and maintain intranet portals using platforms like SharePoint, WordPress, Staffbase, or Unily. - Customize templates and integrate widgets and plugins to enhance user experience. - Security & Access Control: - Implement user authentication systems and secure coding practices. - Manage user roles, access levels, and maintain data integrity. - Integration: - Integrate the intranet with enterprise tools like Outlook, Teams, Google Calendar, HRMS, etc. - Develop APIs and connectors for seamless interoperability with internal systems. Soft Skills & Experience: - Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to understand employee and departmental workflows. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with HR, IT, marketing, and leadership teams. - Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and version control systems like Git. - Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines independently. Preferred Qualifications & Certifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Certifications such as: - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate - Certified SharePoint Developer - Any relevant CMS or front-end framework certifications Work Experience: - Minimum 7-8 years of experience in web development or intranet platforms. - Previous experience in developing internal enterprise solutions is a strong plus.,
