About the Role

Design and create the visual aspects of websites and applications, focusing on branding, logos, color schemes, typography, and overall user interface.

Collaborating with teams to develop visually appealing and user-friendly digital assets using design software like Adobe Photoshop. Key elements of a web graphic designer's profile include a strong portfolio showcasing their digital design work, a professional summary highlighting their expertise, and a list of relevant skills such as proficiency in graphic design tools and knowledge of design trends.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design: Creating graphics, layouts, and visual elements for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.

Branding: Developing logos, color palettes, and brand identity systems to ensure a cohesive visual experience.

User Interface (UI): Designing intuitive and engaging interfaces that align with the business's identity and user needs.

Collaboration: Working with clients, project managers, marketers, and other team members to understand and execute design briefs.

Software Proficiency: Using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) to create and edit designs.

Trend Awareness: Staying updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to produce innovative work.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Film/Media, Communication, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Proven 1–2 years of experience as a Graphics Designer , preferably in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

Knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and audio mixing.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in tourism marketing campaigns or storytelling for destinations.

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).

Multilingual editing capability (subtitles in English and regional languages).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
