Requirements Design responsive and attractive website layouts using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Design visual assets such as logos, brochures, flyers, and banners. Create email marketing templates, YouTube thumbnails, and blog banners. Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to develop campaign visuals. Ensure all design files are well-organized, named, and backed up. Take feedback constructively and revise designs accordingly. Qualifications Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related fields. Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Strong portfolio showcasing both web and graphic work. Good understanding of current design trends and responsive web standards. Creative thinking, attention to detail, and time management. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kalyani, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
