As a Project Manager II Frontend/UI at the client, your role will involve leading end-to-end delivery of complex software projects. You will need to have hands-on understanding of modern frontend stacks such as React, Angular, JavaScript, and HTML, along with expertise in AWS cloud and agile delivery methodologies. Working closely with solution architects, engineers, and product stakeholders, you will drive high-quality, on-time outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage cross-functional Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of software projects within scope and quality standards. - Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to comprehend designs, dependencies, and integrations. - Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, effectively communicating progress, risks, and deliverables. - Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Track and improve delivery using agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and throughput. - Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and proactively remove delivery bottlenecks. - Manage dependencies across teams and ensure alignment with business priorities. - Maintain documentation of requirements, design decisions, and project updates. - Oversee deployment readiness, change management, and post-release reviews. **Qualifications Required:** - 6+ years of project/program management experience in a software/technology environment. - Strong technical understanding of frontend architectures using JavaScript and at least one framework (React or Angular); ability to read code/flows. - Hands-on familiarity with AWS cloud services and deployment processes. - Proven experience in leading Agile/Scrum teams and conducting core ceremonies. - Ability to interpret solution design docs, sequence diagrams, and technical specs. - Proficiency in Agile delivery metrics and managing delivery dashboards. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical details to business stakeholders. - Experience with project/collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub (or similar). - Data-driven mindset for analyzing delivery trends and driving process improvements. - Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage priorities across multiple parallel initiatives. The client prefers candidates with certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP. Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, managing distributed/remote teams, API/microservices-based projects, UX/UI design processes, and prior client-facing or consulting experience would be beneficial for this role.
