Responsibilities:

• Teach and mentor students in MERN Stack technologies.
• Deliver clear, engaging, and structured online sessions (1.5 hrs/day).
• Provide guidance on assignments, capstone projects, and industry best practices.
• Track student progress and address their doubts effectively.
• Coordinate with the internal team to update and improve the curriculum.
• Ensure batch continuity —

  trainers are expected to complete any ongoing batch (3-month cycle)

  before resigning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Prior teaching/training experience is a plus.
• A responsible, student-focused mindset.
• Ability to commit consistently for 3-month batch durations.
