We are looking for a passionate and committed Web Development Trainer with strong hands-on skills in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and the ability to effectively guide students with varying skill levels. This role starts as an internship , and based on student feedback and internal performance review , a full-time opportunity will be offered. Location: Remote Type: Internship (with Full-Time Offer Potential) Stipend: ₹10,000/month Duration: 6 Months + Full-Time Offer Timings: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM or 8:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Responsibilities: Teach and mentor students in MERN Stack technologies. Deliver clear, engaging, and structured online sessions (1.5 hrs/day). Provide guidance on assignments, capstone projects, and industry best practices. Track student progress and address their doubts effectively. Coordinate with the internal team to update and improve the curriculum. Ensure batch continuity — trainers are expected to complete any ongoing batch (3-month cycle) before resigning.
