Web Developer / Technical Support

Role Overview: As a skilled and proactive Web Developer / Technical Support Specialist, your role will involve handling the backend and technical needs of client websites to ensure they remain fast, secure, functional, and updated at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain, update, and troubleshoot client websites on platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms. - Implement backend fixes, server optimizations, and integrations with APIs or third-party tools. - Perform routine website health checks covering speed, uptime, plugin/theme updates, and security patches. - Handle custom development tasks such as landing page builds, form integrations, or new features. - Coordinate with the Project Manager to deliver client requests on time. - Ensure best practices for SEO-readiness, performance, and mobile responsiveness while maintaining backups, hosting setups, and SSL/security certificates. Qualification Required: - 3 years of experience in web development, preferably in an agency setting. - Strong knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and related frameworks/plugins. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. - Basic understanding of website SEO structure and analytics integrations. - Familiarity with hosting management systems like cPanel, AWS, or similar. - Problem-solving mindset with quick troubleshooting abilities. - Experience with e-commerce platforms and knowledge of performance optimization and technical SEO. - Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, etc. Company Details: The company is located in Pune, Maharashtra, and the work location is remote.
