Web Developer Team Leader

Job Title: Web Developer Team Leader Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years Immediate Joiner Preferred Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Web Developer Team Leader who can take ownership of projects, guide junior developers, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of web solutions. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of Shopify, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and must possess excellent team leadership and communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities:Technical Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript . Manage and customize Shopify stores including theme development, app integrations, and performance optimization. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following industry best practices. Debug and troubleshoot technical issues across browsers and devices. Ensure mobile responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level developers. Allocate tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely completion of all development activities. Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Provide technical guidance and training to the team when required. Project Management: Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and timelines. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed. Maintain documentation of all processes, workflows, and changes made in projects. Communication & Client Handling: Communicate project status and timelines clearly with internal teams and clients. Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and convert them into actionable development tasks. Deliver client presentations and handle feedback with professionalism. Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (custom themes, Liquid programming, app integrations). Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX . Familiarity with responsive frameworks like Bootstrap. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management. Experience with Git or other version control systems. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills . Leadership qualities with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or other eCommerce platforms is a plus.
