Web Developer – Shopify Expert

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer with strong Shopify and PHP experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building, customizing, and optimizing Shopify websites while also leveraging your PHP and JavaScript expertise to develop full-stack web solutions. Key Responsibilities Build, customize, and maintain responsive Shopify websites and custom themes Implement pixel-perfect UI based on design mockups (Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch) Integrate and configure third-party apps, APIs, and Shopify plugins Write clean, maintainable code in PHP , JavaScript , HTML5 , and CSS3 Work with Shopify APIs and custom app development when required Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs swiftly Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to deliver functional and user-friendly sites Manage migrations from other platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Magento) to Shopify Set up and configure advanced Shopify features, including Shopify Plus, payment gateways, and custom workflows Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience in Shopify development , including Shopify Plus Proficient in PHP and solid understanding of web development fundamentals Strong knowledge of JavaScript , Liquid , HTML5 , CSS3 , and jQuery Experience working with Shopify APIs and custom app integrations Proficient with Git or other version control systems Deep understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and mobile-first design Attention to detail, strong debugging skills, and a structured approach to problem-solving Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly Nice-to-Have Experience with headless Shopify using Hydrogen, Next.js, or similar frameworks Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem tools like Klaviyo , Recharge , etc. Understanding of Shopify Theme Architecture 2.0 Experience with MySQL, Laravel, or other backend technologies is a must.
