Description
Develop and maintain web pages, landing pages, and content sections based on marketing needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement content updates, design changes, and campaign-specific web features. Optimize website performance, SEO, and accessibility. Ensure the website is responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with the latest web standards. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues or bugs quickly. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in web development, preferably in a marketing-focused environment. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS), with a strong preference for HubSpot CMS. Proficient in deploying, managing, and maintaining websites using a CMS, ideally HubSpot. Strong technical skills in resolving SEO errors flagged by tools such as Semrush (e.g., broken links, missing tags, crawl issues, site speed optimization). Ability to implement structured data, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, and other technical SEO elements. Working knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), with the ability to implement and troubleshoot tracking scripts. Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
