As a UI Developer at Indium, your role will involve designing and developing user-centric interfaces for high-performance web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless and engaging user experiences leveraging the latest front-end technologies and frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, prototype, and develop user-centric interfaces for web applications to ensure exceptional user experiences. - Build reusable and maintainable UI components using modern frameworks such as React and Next.js. - Leverage artificial intelligence tools to expedite and enhance UI development workflows. - Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into visually appealing, functional interfaces. - Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. - Optimize application performance for fast load times and smooth user interaction. - Conduct code reviews, static code analysis, and performance tuning to maintain coding best practices and high standards. - Work closely with backend developers to seamlessly integrate APIs and services into the user interface. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React and Next.js - Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript - Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards - Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) - Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborate cross-functionally - Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for design and detail **Nice to Have:** - Experience using AI tools in development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) - Exposure to performance monitoring and analytics tools - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices At Indium, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are the cornerstones of our values.
