Web Developer Digital Marketing Tech Support

We are looking for a hands-on Web Developer to support our Digital Marketing & Performance Campaign teams. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, duplicating, integrations and optimizing landing pages, managing hosting and server-side support, and ensuring zero downtime and seamless campaign execution. The role plays a critical part in enabling faster campaign launches, better UX/UI performance, accurate tracking, and continuous optimization across digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain high-converting landing pages for digital performance campaigns.
• Duplicate and customize landing pages quickly to support multiple campaigns.
• Ensure page speed, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility.
• Manage hosting, servers, domains, DNS, SSL, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Monitor and resolve server-side and website downtime issues proactively.
• Support UI/UX enhancements to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with the digital performance marketing team for optimizations.
• Assist in implementing basic tracking elements (forms, pixels, scripts) as required by the teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting landing pages.
• Maintain clear documentation for web setups, hosting configurations, and workflows.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned web and technical support tasks with accountability on timelines and outcomes.
