Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer with 1-2 years of experience who is excited about animations, hover effects, scroll-triggered transitions, and building aesthetic, functional web experiences. You ll work closely with senior developers and designers to build and maintain our marketing landing pages and campaign websites. What you are responsible for: Key Responsibilities: Front-End Development: Build high-quality, responsive, and interactive web pages from Figma designs using modern HTML, CSS, JS frameworks. Develop and maintain scalable, reusable UI components and systems that can be used across multiple projects and applications. Integrate dynamic content into reusable, flexible front-end components. Interaction Design: Create and implement thoughtful micro-interactions and UI animations that enhance user experience and guide attention. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with designers, marketers, and developers to build scalable, on-brand, visually engaging landing pages and websites. Performance Optimization: Maintain fast-loading, accessible, and SEO-friendly code using modern best practices. Tech Ownership: Recommend and implement front-end architecture decisions that ensure scalability and ease of maintenance. Design to Dev Precision: Bring designs to life with pixel-perfect accuracy and attention to detail. Mentorship: Provide guidance and code reviews to junior developers, ensuring quality and growth. Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of experience in front-end development working with highly visual and interaction-heavy interfaces. Skills: Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 , and experience with modern frameworks like Svelte , React , or Vue . Experience with Sanity.io , animation libraries like GSAP , and deployment on Vercel . Creativity: Ability to collaborate with designers to bring interaction-rich ideas to life on web. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication with ability to work cross-functionally and explain dev decisions clearly. Detail-Oriented: Pixel precision, high attention to interactive detail, and user experience flow. Tools: Figma, Git, Netlify/Vercel, browser dev tools for testing and debugging. Location: Remote / India Type: Contract (10-20 hours a week) Experience : 5+ years of experience in front-end development working with highly visual and interaction-heavy interfaces. Salary: 2,000 - 2,800 per hour
