QA Manual Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate QA Engineer to join our growing engineering team. As a QA Engineer at Goldcast, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform. You ll work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to test new features, detect bugs, and ensure an exceptional experience for our users. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand feature requirements and acceptance criteria. Design, write, and execute detailed test plans and test cases (manual and automated). Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Identify, record, and track bugs using tools like JIRA. Maintain and enhance our automated testing suite using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. Participates in code reviews related to testing and provides constructive feedback to improve quality. Help drive QA best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement. Participate in release readiness reviews, test case design, and sprint planning. Required Qualifications 2-4 years of hands-on QA experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B product environment. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent. Solid understanding of REST APIs and ability to use tools like Postman for API testing. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
