QA Manual Engineer

You will be responsible for testing mobile devices to ensure their configuration, operation, and capabilities work efficiently. This involves evaluating mobile devices, testing live applications, and troubleshooting updates. You will work closely with device manufacturers, product managers, and development teams to test and optimize mobile products. As a mobile test engineer, you should be able to test mobile products across various platforms, including web applications, iOS, and Android. Your key responsibilities will include developing automated test scripts and frameworks for improved mobile app performance, working with a variety of databases and coding programs such as Objective-C, Java, HTML, XML, and JSON feeds. You will also be responsible for updating operating systems like iOS, Android, Blackberry, and WindowsPhone 7. Additionally, you will generate test cases according to the requirements, identify bugs in new systems, and provide clear and concise test reports and release notes to co-workers. To be successful in this role, you should have knowledge of mobile app and website testing, as well as experience with tools like Jira and Zoho. You should be proficient in API testing, database testing including queries, and automation testing. Your role will also involve ensuring that new software products are ready for consumer use, working with development teams to prevent issues with new products, and suggesting new processes and policies to improve mobile development techniques.,
