Summary-We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Infor M3 Manufacturing, Distribution, and Financial Management, along with strong technical proficiency in Infor MAK, MEC, ION, Mongoose, and integration platforms. This role is for an ongoing Infor M3 migration project and Application Management support.The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience across both functional processes and technical components including integrations, customizations, document management, and deployment within on-premise and hybrid environments. Familiarity with the latest Infor M3 versions and best practices is essential.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesDeep understanding of core M3 functional areas:Manufacturing, Distribution Orders, Procurement, Sales & Distribution, and Inventory Management.Collaborate with business and IT teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot integrations with external and internal systems.Design and develop integration solutions using Infor MEC, ION, and Mongoose.Configure and troubleshoot Output Management, IDM (Infor Document Management), and StreamServe for document generation and distribution.Manage technical components and enhancements using Infor MAK and relevant development frameworks.Work within on-premise and hybrid M3 environments, with an understanding of cloud-readiness.Participate in M3 version upgrades, patch application, and system optimization initiatives.Maintain technical documentation, test plans, and integration configurations.Provide hands-on support for functional and technical issues, working closely with key users and global teams. Professional & Technical SkillsInfor M3 techno-functional experience, covering both Finance and Non-Finance modules.Strong working knowledge of:Infor MAK, MEC, ION, MongooseInfor Document Management (IDM) and StreamServeOutput Management and XML configurationSQL for data extraction, analysis, and reportingExperience designing and deploying custom reports, integrations, and document flows.Exposure to on-premise architecture, with understanding of Infor OS and cloud migration paths.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and document accordingly.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.Having knowledge of Infor GT Nexus Additional Information:Willingness to work in shift-based models and participate in global delivery.Strong understanding of EDI standards, API/web services, and integration design patterns.Experience with latest Infor M3 versions is a plus.Comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-project environment with changing priorities.The candidate should have minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Infor M3 Process Manufacturing & Distro.A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
