Web Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Web Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing digital team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving websites and web applications that align with our clients’ business goals.

You will collaborate with our design, marketing, and development teams to transform creative concepts into fully functional, user-friendly web experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Manage and customize WordPress websites including themes, plugins, and page builders.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers and digital marketing teams to ensure website consistency and functionality.

Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO best practices.

Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing web projects.

Maintain documentation and version control for all development work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1–2 years of proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL.

Experience with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, and templates).

Understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive layouts.

Familiarity with Bootstrap, Git, and cross-platform web development.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, or Node.js
• WordPress / Shopify / Webflow experience (advantage)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
• Experience in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git / GitHub
• Understanding of SEO-friendly website structures
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles
• Experience with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS
• Knowledge of web hosting, domain, and cPanel setup
