Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Web Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing attractive, responsive websites and also have working knowledge of backend technologies like PHP and Laravel.

You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining our websites, ensuring modern design, performance, and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress (or similar CMS).
• Work with PHP and Laravel to build and integrate backend functionalities.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to implement design and development strategies.
• Maintain and update website content, layouts, and graphics regularly.
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all digital platforms.
• Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
• Keep up with the latest design trends and web technologies.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience with PHP and Laravel framework (basic to intermediate)
• Proficiency in WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Understanding of UI/UX design and mobile-first approach
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Effective communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
• Knowledge of Git or other version control systems
• Familiarity with MySQL or other databases

Salary: ₹20,000 and above (based on interview and skill set)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per year
